Rate Summary

The High Season nightly room rates listed are based on double occupancy. Sales and hotel tax (currently 13%) must be added to the rates. Please visit our availability calender for seasonal pricing. All nightly rates include a full breakfast and private bath, air conditioning, TVs (some have VCR or DVDs) and WIFI. Weekly Hideaway Suite rates do not include meal or maid service.  A guest phone, TV/VCR/DVD and computer are available in the sitting room. The Inn's B&B rooms are not available to children under 12 although children of all ages are welcome in the Hideaway Suite.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. If you need your room before 4 p.m., we may be able to arrange for check-in between 2 and 4 p.m. for a charge of $25/hour by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Late check-out at a rate of $25 per hour may be arranged and is subject to availability.

We have a 3 night minimum stay on in-season holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day) and require a two night stay on weekends May through November 15, July, August, Chocolate Weekends, and some off-season holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's.) Minimum stays are waived for on line bookings three days before the date desired.  Minimum stays are waived for telephone bookings one day before the date desired.  All single night stays will have a $10 surcharge.
